Ms Excel introduction in hindi ?

Microsoft excel एक computer application spread sheet program है । इसे Microsoft ने develop किया Microsoft Excel को Ms Excel भी कहते है यह Microsoft office का एक part है Ms Excel की help से data को एक table मे store करके रख सकते है । data store करके रखने के अलावा इसमे mathematical calculation, pie chart , bar etc.. के साथ work कर सकते है । excel file को workbook कहते है workbook file के text को decorate तथा अलग अलग font style मे display कर सकते है इसे computer मे save करके रख सकते है और आवश्यकता पडने पर इस workbook file मे change भी कर सकते है ।

Microsoft office के बहुत सारे version है जैसे Ms office 2007 , 2010 , 2013 etc..

नोट : - अधिकतर सभी computer , laptop मे Ms office install रहता है इसलिए install करना नही बता रहे है ।

Ms Excel को open कैसे करें ?

Ms excel को open तीन तरीके से कर सकते है -

पहला तरीका : using start button

Ms excel को open करने के लिए start button पर click करे Start button मे click करने पर बहुत सारे program / software कि list दिखाई देगा इस list मे Ms excel मिलेगा उस पर click करने पर Ms excel open हो जायेगा ।

दुसरा तरीका : using Type here to search

Ms excel को open करने के लिए type here to search box मे ms excel या excel type करे Computer या laptop मे program / software कि list मे Ms excel display होगा इस पर click कर ms excel open करे ।

नोट :- window 7 , 8 , xp etc.. सभी मे program / software को search करने के लिए search box होते है ।

तीसरा तरीका : using Run command

Run command कि help से ms excel open कर सकते है इसके लिए keyboard के windows + r button को press करे एक box open होगा इसमे excel type करे उसके बाद ok पर click करे या enter button को press करे

ms excel open हो जायेगा । Ms excel open होने पर इस तरह का option screen मे display होता है –

1 Recent

ऐसे excel file जो पहले बन चुका हो और computer मे save हो उसका list recent मे display होता है अगर कोई Ms excel file नही बना होगा तो recent मे कोई list दिखाई नही देगा ।

2 Workbook

Workbook list मे सबसे पहले blank Workbook का option होता है Ms excel सीखने के लिए इसे select करे ।

इसके अलावा इसमे पहले से बने preformatted workbook sheet होते है इस Workbook का भी use file create करने के लिए कर सकते है यह Workbook अलग अलग design के होते है इसका use करने के लिए दिये गये किसी भी Workbook मे click कर open करे इसके बाद इस Workbook मे display होने वाले text / number को आवश्यकता के अनुशार change / delete और इसके font style ,color etc.. को change करे इस तरह से एक excel कि file create कर सकते है ।

नोट : beginner student Ms excel सीखने के लिए blank Workbook को select करे ।

Blank workbook मे click करने पर एक new workbook file open होता है । computer या laptop मे इस तरह का screen display होता है ।

3 Ms excel मे gridlines किसे कहते है ?

workbook मे horizontal और vertical display होने वाले line को gridlines कहते है । इन lines को hide भी कर सकते है । इसके लिए view tab के show group मे gridlines का option होता है इसे uncheck करने पर gridlines hide होते है और check करने पर फिर से gridlines display हो जायेंगे ।

4 ms excel मे कितने row और column होते है ?

ms excel मे अलग अलग version मे row और column कि संख्या अलग अलग हो सकता है । यहाँ पर excel के कुछ version और उनके row , column कि संख्या दिया गया है ।

Ms excel मे a ,b c,.. ये सभी column कहलाते है last column मे जाने के लिए ctrl + right arrow button को press करें फिर से first column मे आने के लिए ctrl + left arrow button को press करें इसी तरह last row मे जाने के लिए ctrl + down arrow button को press करें फिर से first row मे आने के लिए ctrl + up arrow button को press करें ।

5 Ms excel मे cell किसे कहते है ?

workbook मे horizontal और vertical line से मिलकर बनने वाले छोटे छोटे box को cell कहते है । excel मे सभी data को cell मे लिखते है इनके color को change कर सकते है । यहाँ पर excel के कुछ version और उनके total cells कि संख्या दिया गया है ।

6 Ms excel मे Name box किसे कहते है ?

Ms excel मे ribbon के नीचे left side मे Name box होता है इसमे cell का name display होता है सभी cell का name unique अलग अलग होता है किसी भी cell पर click करने पर उसका name इस box मे display हो जायेगा ।

जैसे -: यहाँ पर column A और 1 row कि cell मे click किया गया है । इसलिए name box मे A1 display हो रहा है ।

7 Ms excel मे Formula bar किसे कहते है ?

Ms excel मे ribbon के नीचे right side मे formula bar होता है cell मे type किये गये formula इसमे display होता है यदि cell मे formula ना हो तो cell मे type किये गये text इसमे display होता है । formula bar के right side मे drop down icon होता है उस पर click कर formula bar का size increase कर सकते है ।

जैसे -: यहाँ पर column B और 1 row कि cell मे click किया गया है । इस cell मे formula =2+3 type किया गया है जिसका result cell B1 मे और formula bar मे इस cell मे type किये गये formula display हो रहा है

जैसे -: यहाँ पर column A और 1 row कि cell मे click किया गया है । इस cell मे formula type नही किया गया है इसलिए formula bar मे इस cell मे type किये गये text sum 2,3 display हो रहा है ।
