Home tab

Home tab is the first tab in ms word, after opening msword, this tab is by default open, if hometab is not selected then select it first. On selecting hometab, its option is displayed in the optionribbon, their option is divided into 5 group -

1. Clipboard - How many options are there?

There are four options in the clip board group of Home tab.

1 cut - Why use in ms word?

After selecting any text, clicking on the cutoption becomes textremove. It is used to display the text in some other place, for this, after cutting the text, click on pasteoption, the cut is shortcut key (ctrl + x). 2 copy - Why use in ms word?

After selecting any text, clicking on the copy option, the text becomes copy, it is used to display the same text in some other place, for this, after copying the text, click on the paste option. The cut key is (ctrl + c).

3 paste - Why do you use in ms word?

Paste option is used after copying or cutting a text. After copying or cutting the text, you can use the paste option two or more times, thus displaying the same text two or more times. Without cut and copy, paste cannot be used alone.

4 Format painter - Why use in ms word?

To apply formatting (font style, font color etc ..) to a text, use the formatpainter to apply it to another text.

Here, after selecting amcodestar, the text is selected by clicking on the formatpainter.

In this example, reflectionapply was done in Amcodestar, with the help of the Format Painter, reflectioneffect has been applied in the text.
