Why and how to use all the options given in the font group is given below in detail.
The font is used to change the font style, there is a dropdown icon on the right side of this option, after clicking in it, the list of font style is displayed.
You can select any font style from this font style list, after selecting the font style, after typing the text, the text is displayed in that font style. After typing the text in ms word, if you want to change the font style of a text, then select the text for which you want to change the font style and then change the font style.

For example, after selecting Text2, the font style has been changed.

If you want to change all the text together in one font style, first select all the text and then select any font style. The selected font style will be applied in all the text.

For example, font1 has been changed after selecting Text1, Text2, Text3 all over here.
To change the font size of the text, there is a drop down icon in the right side of the font size, and a list opens on clicking on it.
You can select any font size from this list. After selecting the font size, the text is displayed in that font size, after typing in the font size list, the minimum size of the font is 8 and the maximum size is 72.
Apart from this, you can change the font size by typing custom font size minimum 1 and maximum highest font size 1638 .
After typing in ms word, you can change the font size of a text, for this, select the text whose size you want to change, then change the font size.
You can use ctrl + shift + < to reduce the font size and ctrl + shift +> shortcut key to enlarge it.
Example 2

Here font size has been changed after selecting Text1, Text2, Text3.
These options are used to change the font size, click Increase font size to increase the font size of the text and Decrease font size option to make it smaller.
Select the text you want to change the size, then change the font size using the Increase font size & Decrease font size.
Note: It works like a font size option.
To change the case of text, use it to click on it, there are 5 option displays.
When typing in Ms word, the first letter of the text is displayed in Capital because the sentence case in Ms word is default, so even when typing in small letter, the first letter becomes automatic change in capital.
If the text is not in this case and you want to change it, first select the text, then select the sentence case option, the text will be changed in the case case.

This is a paragraph
Here it changed to T automatic capital letter.
When a text is changed to lowercase, the text is displayed in small letter. Select the text that needs to be changed to lower case, then select the lowercase option. This will change the text to lowercase (small letter).

Here the lowercase option is selected after selecting AMCODESTAR.
When a text is changed to uppercase, the text is displayed in the capital letter. Select the text you want to change to uppercase, then select the uppercase option. This will change the text uppercase (capital letter).

Here, uppercase option is selected after selecting amcodestar.
On converting a text to capitalize case, the first letter of the text is displayed in capital, select the text to be capitalized in case, then select capitalize each word option, this will change the first letter capital of all the text.

After selecting this is a paragraph here, capitalize each word option is selected.
On converting a text to toggle case, the small letter of the text is displayed in capital and the capital letter is displayed in small. Select the text to be used in the toggle case, then select the toggle case option.

Here, toggle case option is selected after selecting this is a paragraph.
The thickness of the text is increased by making a text bold. After clicking on this option, the text is displayed in bold after typing in ms word. If you want to select a text in bold after typing in ms word, select that text and then click on this option, the text will be displayed in bold.
To make the text normal, select the bold text, then click the bold option again (again), the text will become notmal.

After selecting (2.Amcodestar) here, bold option is selected.
Text sloping (slant) is displayed when a text is italic. After clicking on this option, text sloping (slant) is displayed after typing in ms word. After typing in ms word you can display the text sloping (slant) for this, select the text for this, after that click on this option, text sloping. (It will be).
To normalize the text, select italic text, then click again (again) in the italic option, the text will become normal.

Here after selecting (2.Amcodestar) the Italic option is selected .
Use this to display the underline under a text, after clicking on this option, the type of underline is displayed under the text after typing in ms word, after typing in the word, the underline can be displayed under the text, for this, select the text. After that click on this option, underline will be displayed under the text.

After selecting (2.Amcodestar) here, the Underline option is selected.
To change the style, color, thickness etc .. of the underline, click on the drop down arrow of the underline, a list will be displayed

You can select any of these underline style and display it below the text and change their color with the underline color option.

Here, after selecting amcodestar, the double underline option and underline color option have been used to change the color.
how to change the color of text from ms word?
The color of the text is by default black , use the font color to change the color of the text.
There is a drop down icon in the right side of the font color option, clicking on it opens the color box, you can select any color from it, after that text type will display the text in that color.
After typing the text in ms word, you can change the color, for this, select the text for which you want to change the color, then select any color from the font color, the color of the text will be changed.
You can also change the color of the text from the More color option, upon clicking in it, a color box opens, after selecting the color from it, click in the OK button. In this way, the color of the text can be changed.

To apply gradient color in text, use this option. In gradient color, there is an option of more gradient, so that the gradient color can be changed. Apart from this, you can create gradient colors and apply in text.
Select the text in which to apply gradient color, then apply gradient color.

Here after selecting amcodestar, gradient color is applied.
Let's use strikethrough to display horizontal line in the middle of a text.
After clicking on this option, horizontal line is displayed in the middle of the text after typing.
After typing in ms word, if you want to display horizontal line in the middle of a text, then select that text and then click on this option.
To normalize the text, select the text having horizontal line display in the middle of the text, then click the strikethrough option again (again), the text will become notmal.

Here, after selecting Amcodestar, the Strikethrough option is selected .
Use the subscript to display the text in the bottom right of a text and the superscript to display the text in the top right, when used, the text is displayed smaller than the normal size.
After clicking on this option, the text is displayed smaller than the normal size when you type. After typing in ms word, you can apply subscript and superscript in a text, for that select that text and then click on this option.
To normalize the size of the text, select the applied subscript and superscript text again, then click in the subscript and superscript option, the text will become normal.

Use the text effect and typography option to apply the effect to the text. On clicking on it, a drop down box display is displayed.
The option to be displayed in this is as follows -
With this, color can be displayed in the outline of the text. Select the text to display the color in the outline of the text, then in this option move the mouse pointer, the color box will be displayed, select the color from it.
Example 13.1

Here, after selecting Amcodestar, the outline color is yellow selected.
From this you can apply shadow in text. To apply a shadow in text, select the text, then in this option move the mouse pointer, the shadow list will be open, there are three types of shadow display in it -
i) outer

To apply any shadow to the text, select the text, after that select one of these shadows and click in the no shadow option to remove the shadow.
With this, reflection can be applied in the text. To apply reflection in the text, select the text, then in this option move the mouse pointer, the reflection list will be open and select one of these reflections.

From this, you can apply Glow in text. To apply Glow in text, select the text, then in this option move the mouse pointer. The Glow list will open. Select one of the Glows to change the color of glow. Select the color from the more glow color option.
To remove the glow, select the no glow option.
Example
To remove the effect applied in a text, we use clear all formatting. Select the text to which the effect is applied, then click in clear all formatting option. All the effects of text will be removed.
Example 14.1
Amcodestar
After selecting Amcodestar here, Clear all formatting option is selected.
text highlight color is used to display the color in the background of the text.
Select the text to be displayed in the background, then select the color from the text highlight color option.
Example 15.1
Amcodestar
To remove the background color (text highlight color), select the no color option.
Note: - The highlight color does not remove from clear all formatting option.
