All these tabs are called, you can go to different tabs by clicking with the left button of the mouse, in addition to moving the mouse cursor to the tab bar, scroll the mouse wheel up and down and go to different tabs. All tabs are ribbon except for the file tab.
There is ribbon under tab bar. All the options of tab are displayed in ribbon. Their option has been divided into different groups. On changing tab, ribbon option also changes or it can also be said that all tabs have their own ribbon. which is like this -
The first tab in the tab bar is the File tab in the old version of Ms word, this tab is not there, the option given in this tab is in the Microsoft office button in the old version of Ms word. This tab does not have ribbon, when clicked in it, such screen is displayed in computer / laptop.
