At the top of ms word there is title bar, on creating new document file, title bar displays document1 - word title display. You can save the file with any name. Whatever name you save with, it is displayed in place of document1-word in the name title bar .
There are some button displays in the left of the title bar which is as follows -
Use the save button to save the word document file in computer or laptop, when clicking this button with the mouse, such a screen is displayed.
1. From this option, double click this pc option with the left button of the mouse.
2. Select the location for whichever disk / folder you want to save.
For example, by selecting desktop here, the document file name is given my file .
3. Ms document file will be saved from my file name in Desktop .
Note : - File can be saved under any disk / folder .
After deleting any text typed in the document, use the undo button to bring it back, it has a shortcut key (ctrl + z) while redo is used again to revert it as before. The shortcut key is (ctrl + y) .
Note : To know how to delete text , read chapter 3 .
Type a text such as Text1, select 1 from it and delete it, after deleting press undo or (ctrl + z) button to bring the 1 back.
If you do not want to display 1 again, press redo or (ctrl + y) button.

Let's use the customize quick access toolbar to remove the button displayed in the title bar of ms word and add new button.
To add and remove buttons in the title bar, click in the customize quick access toolbar, the list of button names will be displayed, click in this button name. On clicking, the symbol of right in button name is removed and again, clicking on it, the symbol of right is removed.
The button name which has the symbol of right has its button display and the button name which does not have the symbol of right does not have its button display.
To display the button displayed in the title bar under the title bar, use the show below the ribbon option, select this option, all the buttons will be displayed under the ribbon and again to display all the buttons in the title bar. Select the show above the ribbon option in the customize quick access toolbar, all the buttons will be displayed again in the title bar.
There is a 3 button display in the right side of the title bar which is called minimize, restore and close button.
On clicking the Minimize button, the Ms word is not displayed in the computer or laptop screen, if the Ms word is to be displayed again in the computer or laptop screen, the ms word is displayed again by clicking on the ms word icon in the task bar. will go .
It is used for working in two or more software / application programs. This does not close the current software / application program completely, so that another file / application / software etc .. can be opened and used.
Use this button to restore and maximize the screen size of Ms word. On restoring, the screen size of Ms word becomes smaller. To use it, click with the left button of the mouse, click its shortcut key (alt + space + r) On maximizing, the screen size of Ms word becomes large, its shortcut key is (alt + space + x) .
To close (close) the Ms word application program or word processing software, use the close button. To use it, click with the left button of the mouse, its shortcut key (alt + space + c) and (alt + f4) it happens .
This option occurs before the minimize button. In some ms office version, this option is not available, after clicking on this option, there are three option displays -
On clicking on this option, ms word is displayed in full screen title bar, tab bar, ribbon, status bar All these options become hidden and click again in ribbon display option to display these option as before . After selecting the show tabs and commands option all the options will be displayed.
Clicking on this option becomes ribbon hide of ms word, in addition to all the options are displayed, to display ribbon click again in ribbon display option and select show tabs and commands option will be ribbon displayed.
If the use of this option is title bar, tab bar, ribbon, status bar, all these options are hidden, then select this option to display it.
