Ms word क्या है Ms word introduction in hindi ?

Microsoft word एक computer application program या word processing software है इसे Microsoft ने develop किया Microsoft word को Ms word भी कहते है यह Microsoft office का एक part है Ms word की help से एक text document file create कर सकते है document file के text को decorate तथा अलग अलग font style मे display कर सकते है इसे computer मे save करके रख सकते है और आवश्यकता पडने पर इस text document file मे change भी कर सकते है ।

Microsoft office के बहुत सारे version है जैसे Ms office 2007 , 2010 , 2013 etc..

नोट : - अधिकतर सभी computer , laptop मे Ms office install रहता है इसलिए install करना नही बता रहे है ।

Ms word को open कैसे करें how to open Ms word in hindi ?  

Ms word को open तीन तरीके से कर सकते है -

पहला तरीका : using start button

Ms word को open करने के लिए start button पर click करे Start button मे click करने पर बहुत सारे program / software कि list दिखाई देगा इस list मे Ms word मिलेगा उस पर click करने पर Ms word open हो जायेगा ।

दुसरा तरीका : using Type here to search

Ms word को open करने के लिए type here to search box मे ms word या winword या word type करे Computer या laptop मे program / software कि list मे Ms word display होगा इस पर click कर ms word open करे ।

नोट :- window 7 , 8 , xp etc.. सभी मे program / software को search करने के लिए search box होते है ।

तीसरा तरीका : using Run command

Run command कि help से ms word open कर सकते है इसके लिए keyboard के windows + r button को press करे एक box open होगा इसमे winword type करे उसके बाद ok पर click करे या enter button को press करे ms word open हो जायेगा ।

Ms word open होने पर इस तरह का option screen मे display होता है –

1 Recent

ऐसे document file जो पहले बन चुका हो और computer मे save हो उसका list recent मे display होता है अगर कोई Ms document file नही बना होगा तो recent मे कोई list दिखाई नही देगा ।

2 Templates

Templates list मे सबसे पहले blank document का option होता है Ms word सीखने के लिए इसे select करे ।

इसके अलावा इसमे पहले से बने document file होते है इस templates का भी use document file create करने के लिए कर सकते है यह template अलग अलग design के होते है इसका use करने के लिए दिये गये किसी भी template को open करे इसके बाद इस template मे display होने वाले text को आवश्यकता के अनुशार change / delete और इसके font style ,color etc.. को change करे इस तरह से एक document file create कर सकते है ।

नोट : beginner student Ms word सीखने के लिए blank document को select करे ।

blank document को select करने पर एक new document file open होता है । computer या laptop मे यह screen display होगा ।

(1) Insertion Cursor pointer – किसे कहते है ?

blank document open होने पर screen मे एक vertical line blink करता हुआ display होता है इसे Insertion cursor pointer कहते है यह text को type करने की starting point होता है कोई भी text type करने पर text इस pointer से start होता है यह पुरे Ms word document file मे typing का location बताता है । इसका location आवश्यकता के अनुशार change कर सकते है ।

(2) I beam mouse pointer – किसे कहते है ?

  Ms word document file के page मे mouse pointer को लाने पर यह pointer आई (I) alphabet letter कि तरह display होता है इसे I beam mouse pointer कहते है इसका use text, letter, number, word etc.. को select और deselect करने के लिए use करते है ।
